If you wish to use other courier service, kindly leave remark when checkout or via Whatsapp chat.

Shipping fees subjected to single shipping address only.

Separating shipping entitled to extra charged.
Customer are advised to follow up parcel delivery status all the time.

Re-Delivery

• Shipping fees of the bounced parcel are borned by the customer.

Estimate order proceed days

• Ready stock items - Payment today, ship out next day.
• Pre-order items - Estimate stock arrived within 9-15 days once payment done. Delay arrival notice will inform if necessary. Feel grateful to all customers wait patiently for the order processed.

• West Malaysia : 1-2 days
• East Malaysia : 3-5 days
• Singapore : 5-7 days

Self-Pickup
It's free of charge. We will inform the pick-up timeslot via Whatsapp.
